The First Floor is the home of three classrooms - Transfiguration, Defense Against the Dark Arts, and Muggle Studies. It is also home of a number of empty corridors and a spattering of bathrooms.

Also known as the "boring punishment floor," the Second Floor houses the out-of-use bathroom inhabited by Moaning Myrtle, the History of Magic Classroom, and the Trophy Room, where Filch sets most detentions.

Keep back, it's a very violent tree!

The hut - where Gamekeeper and Keeper of the Keys and Grounds, Rubeus Hagrid - lives is situated near the boundaries of the Forbidden Forest.

Here is where rivalries between the houses reach their peaks - the Quidditch Pitch of Hogwarts. Matches are held every third Saturday staring in November, and ending in April, with the winner of the Quidditch Cup Match.

The forest on school grounds is as the name implies: FORBIDDEN!

The large lake by Hogwarts extends well past the grounds. It is the home to numerous magical creatures, including Merpeople and a Giant Squid.

There are Three Greenhouses in which Professor Sprout instructs her students on the fine methods of magical plant maintenance.

One of the many part Wizard, part Muggle villages, Upper Flagley was the birthplace of James Potter. It is located near Chester.

Mould-on-the-Would is a hamlet in Sussex, where Albus Dumbledore was born in 1881. His former home is now the Albus Dumbledore Childhood Museum.

The abandoned home of Orion and Walburga Black. The only inhabitant is their deranged house elf named Kreacher.

Godric's Hollow - the West Country village where Godric Gryffindor and Harry Potter were born.

Home of Molly and Arthur Weasley, and of their rather large family. Located near the village of Ottery St. Catchpole.

A county in which many of the old Pureblood Families live. Malfoy Manor, among others, is located here.
